Navigata Communications earns high marks in two independent surveys

North Vancouver, BC -- Navigata Communications has been recognized for its call centre excellence and as one of British Columbia's largest technology companies, President and CEO Thomas Laird said today.

Navigata Communications was recently ranked second out of 17 North American based telecom providers for the efficiency and effectiveness of its Call Centre in a benchmark survey conducted by Purdue University. In a separate survey, Navigata is ranked #17 on T-Net British Columbia's annual list of the province's high tech companies.

The Purdue survey rated the call centres based on a variety of measures including customer satisfaction levels and the implementation of processes designed to gather customer feedback. In addition, the survey looked at Call Centres in terms of overall efficiency and effectiveness including measures such as average speed of answer.

The Purdue University database collects performance data from thousands of Customer Service Contact Centres and is the leading organization that benchmarks and rates the performance of call centres across North America. It has become the recognized source for best practice standards in all major industry segments.

The T-Net 100 Awards Program highlights British Columbia's 100 largest private and publicly traded technology companies each year. It has become a benchmark for success within the high tech industry.
